Love this spot went there for my birthday enjoyed beautiful scenery good food good views good vibes all around 10 out of 10

When we arrived at this location you first have to enter through the kentmorr restaurant and grill to get to Dave's tiki bar. We arrived early when we walked up there were one guy in a yellow staff shirt. He was already talking to a lady and a young man so we waited they proceeded to talk. He looked up at us but never acknowledged, spoke or ask if we needed help. The second staff person arrived didn't say anything either. Eventually a person in or group said excuse me and asked about the tiki bar. They were very short "it's in the back" the other person stated " you have to through the restaurant to get back there " " it doesn't open until 11". The First Gentlemen then went on to continue talking to the lady and explaining in details the tiki bar and the restaurant. We then walked back to our vehicle as we waited until 11 for them to open. When we walked up this time the first staff person that was mentioned previously goes " hey welcome etc" . It was interesting that he was so much more welcoming the second time which at that time a different staff person was standing there with him. That staff person handing the menus to the waiter and we proceeded to head to the back. So you cannot bring in your beach towels and you cant swim in the water. If you wish to eat crabs you can only do it inside the restaurant not outside where the tiki bar is located. I did like the set up of the location and it was definitely a nice weekend vibe but also somewhere you can have a date night . You are right by the water they even have individual two seater set up for you to use. The wait staff was very nice and sweet. Kept checking on us the food and drinks were good. Beside the staff person at the entrance this was an overall great experience and I would certainly come back.

I have to say My family and I enjoyed Dirty Dave's @kentmoor beach. Then again who wouldn't after several cocktails, beautiful weather, friendly staff and doing absolutely NOTHING! I arrived at 2pm and enjoyed nice weather until 6pm (it rained) blah. It was ok though because we all know a beach day can be exhausting. Description: A small beach area, seafood restaurant with a tiki bar on the premises. Location: Kent Island ooooh what a long drive on the Chesapeake bay bridge. Pros: -Very strong drinks the spiced Rum was a hit -The crab cakes (surprisingly pretty good) -Coconut shrimp very tasty -Kid friendly environment -tiki bar on the beach - Go see Melissa the bartender! Cons: -The drive was exhausting -You're not allowed to bring beach necessities ie: floaties etc. -$5 each to rent a chair and they hold your license until it's returned. - The pizza needs improvement especially since limited options for children. -No outside drinks and food. I'm particular about the water I drink big con for me! warning: your bag will be searched The beach itself is very small private beach/ marina. Reservations are required. The spot is reserved from 12-8. $30 up to 6 people. Cancellations are allowed up to one hour prior to arrival. Please note: This establishment has a lot of RULES. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing but they are strictly enforced. The purpose of a review is to let others know about your experience right? Enjoy!

I have to give this place a five star review just based on their have a beach front bar, and not over charged drinks Just sit on the sand enjoying the relaxing view, while drinking their cocktails... one of the best thing in Kent Island

Visited on a Sunday for some social distancing beach time. As of right now, you have to reserve a spot, and if you get there by 1pm then you can stay as long as you like (we stayed allll day). We brought our beach gear and it was a great time. We were sat in a space with both an umbrella and a tiki cover (which I'm sure during regular times may be harder to get). All the staff members were really nice, and there was a diverse crowd. The staff made us feel welcomed and kept making sure we were enjoying ourselves. I had the crab cake sandwich, and later ordered the crab pretzel. I probably would not order the crab pretzel again because it was just eh basic. The crab cake was average in terms of flavor but it was good for a Tiki Bar (there was a lot of meat, little filling). We also ordered a cheese pizza which was a lot better than expected, I would order again (could see the seasoning on the top). I hear the Dirty Dave's pizza was good as well. The frozen drinks were a bit weak for me, but I just added another shot. You can also get beers, shots, etc. All in all, if you're looking for a chill spot to hang out, have some drinks, and enjoy the beach, this is a great place. Thanks to all the staff!
